Multi-Day Policies

Tour PaymentA $150.00 deposit per person is due within 14 days of booking to secure your seat.  Final balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure.

CancellationsUp to 46 days prior to departure: Full Refund.  31-45 days prior to departure: $250.00 per person penalty, 15-30 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost.  No refunds after 14 days prior to departure.  To protect yourself from the above penalties you MUST purchase cancellation insurance.

InsuranceHealth/Cancellation insurance is optional to purchase for multi-day tours.  Insurance prmiums are non-refundable, and must be purchased at time of initial deposit.  Please read insurance policy carefully to fully understand pre-existing conditions.  Please contact our office for individual rates.

Travel Documents
Passengers will receive a tour information package for multi-day tours complete with itinerary, hotel lists, phone numbers, luggage tags and pick-up/ drop off times approximately 2 weeks prior to tour.

IdentificationIt is your responsibility to obtain proper travel identification.  Canadian citizens who were born in Canada may use either their Canadian Passport, or two pieces of identification such as a driver's license or bith certificate.  (Photo ID is necessary).  Residents of Canada who are not citizens of Canada require a valid Permanent Resident Card for re-entry into Canada on a commercial carrier (airline, boat, train or bus).  Residents returning to Canada without a valid PR card will not be permitted to board their carrier.
